I am passionate about helping mothers find their new rhythm as they navigate motherhood from conception through the first year of their baby’s life. As a survivor of significant postpartum anxiety and OCD, I am able to utilize my personal experience along with professional knowledge to best treat my clients and meet them where they are at. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to find solutions that work for them. I have experience in community-based work as well as inpatient treatment. I have experience treating severe mental illnesses as well as short-term adjustment disorders. I draw from a strengths-based perspective and help clients to recognize and utilize strengths they may not have realized they possess.
