About

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Tennessee with 8 years of experience. I have worked with clients on a wide range of topics including: depression, PTSD, anxiety, relational issues, and trauma. I have worked extensively with victims of trafficking, domestic abuse, and sexual abuse since 2016.

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. I believe in an individualized approach to therapy for each of my clients. I will use different types of modalities that will be most useful to the client- including CBT, Attachment, Narrative, Client-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I am trained in EMDR for those that are interested in that approach.

My passion is working with those that are looking for a safe place to explore the challenges that life brings. My focus is to create an environment for my clients to embrace hope and reach their goals. I believe that my client is the expert in their life and that together we can get them back to leading their lives effectively. I am here to support my clients as they move forward in life.
