Committing to your mental health can feel overwhelming, however therapy can help you discover your core values and how they relate to your personal history. I am committed to supporting my clients through overwhelming emotions, lack of motivation, and difficult past experiences. Life can feel overwhelming and chaotic, but during our time together I strive to slow things down by noticing what is coming up for you so we can begin to identify what we need to attend to. Through introspection, connection, and skill-building, my clients gain a sense of self-awareness, purpose, and clarity which allows them to walk through life with more clarity. If you get the sense that you aren’t sure what the problem is, but that there must be more to life, therapy can help you uncover and resolve what is happening. It takes a lot of courage to prioritize yourself and commit to change. Together we can care for the parts of you that are struggling, while emphasizing what helps you feel stronger and more whole.
