Hello, I am Elizabeth a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) in the states of Texas and Pennsylvania. I am a passionate social worker with over 6 years’ experience in the mental health field and have worked with a diverse population with struggles related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, impulsiveness, grief, life changes, and some trauma related issues. Some of my therapy approaches include, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing, Client centered therapy, Mindfulness, TF-CBT, Solution focused therapy, Problem solving. Treating each person uniquely with respect, sensitivity, and compassion is important to me. My approach is building a therapeutic relationship and a safe and comfortable place for clients to express themselves because I believe healing starts with feeling safe and having a good rapport. I also believe in meeting the client where they are; meaning where you wish to start in the therapeutic process, I will start there with you.
