I am here to help you have the life you have always wanted! Difficult experiences in life can bring up feelings of anxiety, depression, or lack of direction, it can be hard to know what to do. With compassion and honesty, I will help you to work through issues while identifying your inner strengths to be a happier and healthier version of you. I am originally a Jersey girl but have settled with my family near the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. I describe myself as compassionate, understanding but direct with a dash of irreverent humor. I look forward to taking the journey of healing with you.
