I recognize that taking the first steps to a stronger tomorrow can be overwhelming. I have been working as a social worker since 2006 and have had the opportunity to work with individuals and families struggling with issues related to substance abuse, family issues, anxiety, depression and other life stressors. Through talk therapy, mindfulness, humor and other approaches we will develop appropriate goals so that you are able to achieve your personal goals. I meet all clients with respect and compassion.
