Hi! My name is Elizabeth. I am a licensed clinical social worker, also known as a therapist. Whether this is your first time connecting with a therapist or you have had experience before, welcome! Getting to this point can be the hardest step.
A little about me: I completed graduate school in 2008, became fully licensed in 2010 and have been practicing ever since. I have worked in severe settings including emergency rooms and also have worked in outpatient therapy offices. I have been doing virtual therapy for the last four years.
What I can do for you: This platform allows me to help you so many ways. Often we don't feel comfortable meeting with someone and opening up about ourselves. This allows us to get to know each other in the way you prefer and at your pace.
I am not here to tell you what to do. We are a partnership. We will do this together. Whatever life stressors you are going through, I am here to help!
