I believe that YOU are the best expert of you. A clinician for 15 years, I am sex-positive, believe in Health At Every Size, and I am trained in EMDR and AIR Network.
I enjoy working with adults who are walking the path through physical & sexual traumas, chemical addiction, body image issues, dissociation, grief and loss, and self-esteem difficulty. I work in a Positive Psychology viewpoint while also working with neurochemistry and sharing the knowledge of how the chemicals in our brain influence behavior, trauma, and addiction.

On the personal side of life - I enjoy the 7 months of the year that I raise and breed Monarchs and Swallowtail butterflies for wild release, It is a passion of mine to be able to share with others and the greater world.
