Welcome! My name is Elizabeth! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have been in the field for 7 years. In our sessions, I take a non-judgmental approach, working together to form a plan that works for you. I use humor, art, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness to help you learn more about who you are and how to love yourself.
