Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania! I have provided counseling services in my own private practice for over the past 20 years. I work with all teenagers, individuals, couples, and families to help them reduce their anxiety, stress, and depression. I have rebuilt individuals and their family relationships torn apart by addiction. I am a motivator and believer in building a strong foundation for confidence when someone doubts themself. I have worked with those individuals who struggle with mental health disorders from depression to bipolar to personality disorders to offer them a sense of hope and confidence to build a stable normal day to day living.

My counseling approaches are based on a few different practices related to Cognitive-Behavioral therapies, Problem-Solving therapies, Reality therapies, Person-Centered, and Motivational approaches. I listen to you so that I understand your wants, needs, and goals. I am here to support your success by offering solution-focused options as well as supportive reading materials, therapeutic videos, and even support groups and other positive reinforcement related activities. There is no judgment in my sessions. I offer unconditional support, respect, safety and a comfortable environment for all.
