About

Elizabeth (Beth) earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Portland State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. Beth enjoys meeting her clients “where they are” and walking alongside them on their journey. To do this, Beth employs an integrated approach to counseling, engaging her clients in Interpersonal Therapy and offering Cognitive Behavioral Strategies and Solution Focused therapy to assist each client in an individual way. Beth is trauma trained and provides narrative and CPT therapies for trauma.

Beth enjoys working with a diverse clientele of adults, teens, and children struggling with issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, social skills, and trauma. Beth also focuses on Chronic Pain and Veteran’s issues. Beth is an Army daughter and Air Force mother and is a Star Behavioral Health Provider for veterans and active military families. She is open to individual and family sessions.

When she is not pursuing her passion of helping others, she enjoys spending time with her husband, sons and daughters-in-law. She also practices self-care by staying active and learning a variety of martial arts skills.
