Elizabeth is a Licensed Social Worker who received her Master of Social work from the University of New England and has worked in a variety of settings including schools, providing in-home services, and providing outpatient therapy. Elizabeth is committed to providing a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard. She has extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, as well as with those who are survivors of trauma. Elizabeth has experience working with families of individuals who have co-occurring mental health and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as they navigate caring for their loved one. She has a background in providing services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as providing therapeutic support to families as they learn more about this diagnosis and how to support their loved ones. Elizabeth, a former military spouse, knows that being a military spouse comes with many challenges and obstacles. Elizabeth has experience providing therapy to military/veteran spouses and families who are experiencing difficulties due to the added stressors of military life as well as challenges with the transition to life after the military.
