I believe healing is all about connection and integration. Traumatic events, hard emotions, negative thought cycles, or living as a marginalized person in our societal structures can tend to leave us feeling defeated, isolated, and/or hopeless. Or, sometimes we just feel stuck in life. With a client-led approach, we can use a variety of interventions that you feel would help the most, including EMDR, DBT, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and spirituality development.

As a cancer survivor and thriver, I know what it feels like to be smacked by life. I also have a deep belief that everyone, no matter what they’re struggling with, has innate internal resilience that they can learn to tap into. On the other side, maybe you’re tired of being so resilient and just need a space to fall apart in.
