Hello! My name is Elise and I have a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Brandeis and a Master’s in Social Work from Yeshiva’s Wurzweiler School. I’ve been an independently licensed social worker for over 25 years.

During this time I’ve helped many people seeking support for all sorts of reasons. Maybe you are a single parent or your family lives far away. Or you are facing midlife challenges and want the chance to get more from your life. I also work with young adults striving to deepen their connection with friends and family and looking to choose meaningful work and partners. Some struggle to balance their own needs with their children, home and work lives.

Some of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, disabilities or difficult life circumstances. Regardless of your age and circumstances I use a person centered approach to care, where I listen and ask you questions to help you find words for your circumstances. I have psychodynamic and family systems frameworks that I draw from as well as practical tools to offer you in our work.
