Hello, I’m Elise Kapitancek (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my masters degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, Colorado in 2017. I have been given a gift - to work with a variety of individuals who taught me that there can be healing through connection and relationship. I am passionate about meeting people where they are at in life. I believe that everyone has a unique story built from their personal experiences. I feel strongly that my clients are the experts of their life experience and see my role as a supportive and strengths based guide. My goal is to foster an intentional and nonjudgmental environment that creates space for vulnerability.

I have experience working with a wide array of challenges, but am most passionate about helping people navigate experiences with anxiety, stress, depression, and self-esteem. Everyone deserves a safe space to process and heal. I would be honored to walk alongside you!
