I am so glad you are reaching out for help. I believe we have within us what we need to be okay, but it often becomes clouded by the “stuff” in our lives. I want to help you move through whatever struggles you are having and work toward your goals. I have a heart for those who are struggling. I will meet you where you are, non-judgmentally, with empathy and compassion. I will provide a space to hold and help you heal.
