First and foremost, my work is always person-centered; empathy and collaboration are the core of my therapeutic approach. We know that when it comes to your life, you are the expert. Whether you've uncovered it or not, you hold the deepest understanding of your past experiences, future goals, fears, desires, regrets, joys, and every other component of who you are. Because of this, I'm not here to provide answers- I don’t have them. My role as your therapist is joining you on your journey to self-improvement and understanding, while being fully present and actively listening to ensure you feel heard and understood. As we dive into your mind, I engage by drawing from my education and training to give insight, offer a new perspective, propose solutions for change, identify helpful coping skills, and assist in various ways based on your individual needs.
