I am licensed in Minnesota with 15 years of professional experience. I work with women, offering them a space to explore who they are, and developing goals for areas they would like to change. I have a great deal of experience in helping women with stress and anxiety, women's concerns, life transitions, postpartum concerns, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, finding themselves, and building confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I utilize message-based services and live chat only. I do not currently have openings for video and audio sessions. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
