Are you an adult or teen struggling with mood issues, anxiety or relationship problems? Are painful traumatic experiences or losses from the past continuing to trouble you and prevent you from reaching your full potential? People often feel very alone with their problems. Feelings of shame, hopelessness, and fear of being judged, or that no one will truly understand, can keep people from getting the help they need. I approach clients with interest and caring with the belief that a warm therapeutic relationship that fosters open dialogue is the foundation upon which to make positive lasting life changes. I have 17 years of experience helping clients gain insight into what specific thinking patterns are working against them, understand what triggers lead to self-defeating behaviors, develop a set of daily self-care tools and help them work through past traumas and losses.
