Having been faced with many of my own life challenges, I feel that I've 'been there' and can easily feel and identity with people's struggles. My clients and I often are very successful based on their comments and evidence-based life functioning. In this challenging world, all of us face numerous difficult situations in our lives. It can be helpful to discuss concerns and/or alternative actions with a compassionate fellow human being to insure that situations are resolved well. What is your approach to therapy? I engage in a dynamic, equal parties, relationship, focused on the Goals and needs of the client. This is a comfortable, creative relationship where the client can discover who they really are and what do they really want to do.. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? From their first session, the client can feel that they have a caring professional on their team and in their corner, someone who is interested in their highest good and happiness and can help them to walk that path.
