Are you looking for guidance to cope with anxiety, depression, stress, loss, and/or life transitions? Are you facing matters related to aging, being a caregiver to an aging parent, or needing to find solutions to avoid caregiver burnout? Or, perhaps it’s a lack of motivation, purpose, sense of loneliness? If any of these ring true, then I invite you to join me in a safe and warm environment where we can explore new perspectives and find clarity. I use a holistic approach to therapy tailored to your unique needs. That may include cognitive restructuring and discussing lifestyle adjustments and, to help stay balanced, I incorporate relaxation and mindfulness techniques. We integrate these elements to achieve insight into your thoughts and behaviors in order to move into a more meaningful and purposeful life. My fascination with the human psyche and behavior began when I took my first psychology class in high school, and since then, I have been deeply intrigued by this subject. This led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree from New York University majoring in Psychology, followed by a Master's degree in social work from Columbia University School of Social Work. For more than two decades, I have been assisting adults in overcoming a range of life challenges, and it would be my utmost pleasure to be of service to you as well.
