I am a clinical psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness based approach for anxiety and depression. I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient community mental health centers, college counseling centers, forensic units, inpatient state psychiatric hospitals, as well as skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in addition to private practice. I am also a professor of psychology, coordinator for students with disabilities, and career and academic advisor.
