Hello! My name is Eliana, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey.
My approach to therapy is very client centered. I am here to listen and support you through whatever it is you are struggling with. I will work with you to better understand the challenges you face and help you learn the tools needed to move forward. I know reaching out for help can feel scary and overwhelming, but sometimes a little help is all you need to find the strength in yourself to overcome the obstacles in your path.
