Asking for help can be one of the hardest things we do as humans. However, as we go through life there are times when we may feel overwhelmed, trapped, confused, or alone and need someone to provide direction and support. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my passion is to improve overall mental health while assisting others in reaching their full potential while healing from life challenges and trauma. I have experience providing counseling services in crises in an inpatient psychiatric hospital for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients with a range of mental health issues including Schizophrenia, Dementia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Detoxification from substances, behavioral issues, self-harming behaviors and suicidal ideations. I also have experience providing outpatient counseling services for individuals, couples and families.
