Hello, my name is Alia and I'm a California licensed family and marriage therapist with more than 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy to a myriad of clients. I have extensive experience working with individual who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, family conflict, substance use, and relationship issues to name a few as well as co-morbid issues.

My counseling style is collaborative and I come from a 'Structural' modality - meaning I'm like a chameleon who can adapt to an individual's style while remaining true to myself and my clients allowing me to tailor a treatment plan and sessions to your unique needs and strengths. I believe everyone is entitled to feel what they're feeling and no issue is to big or small to discuss and overcome.
