I have been working in the addiction and mental health field for over ten years. I have also worked with clients with a variety of trauma experiences. I use a variety of skills including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness to help clients find balance and wellness in life. I believe in tailoring treatment to fit your needs and we work together to create your treatment plan. I have an interest in working with LGBT+ people as I am a member of the community. I come from a Humanistic and Transpersonal school of psychology which has fostered my interest in working with people that practice Spiritualism, Neopaganism, and/or New Age practices.
