Do you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders or that you are alone? Hi, I am Eleni, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I, too, know what it is like to start your mental health journey. It can be scary and overwhelming, but I use a friendly and empathic approach that makes all age groups and demographics feel safe. I worked in various therapeutic environments, including residential, inpatient, outpatient, and behavioral health. I have experience treating adults and adolescents struggling with: depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, sexuality, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and trauma, and I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients. I love using humor, questions, and conversation to get to the root of your issues. A strong therapeutic relationship is what I feel is the most important to a successful outcome.
