Eleni is a licensed clinical social worker and completed her master's degree in social work at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is passionate about working with individuals who have struggled with low self-esteem/body image difficulties, bullying, anxiety, life difficulties etc. She focuses on integrating treatment models such as commitment and acceptance therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Eleni utilizes a strength-based approach that empowers her clients to embrace who they are. She is committed to helping you achieve all of your goals and will be there to help you every step of the way.
