I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in both Louisiana and Virginia with 9 years of professional work experience. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist-Supervisor and have extensive experience in helping clients with eating disorders, relationship issues, family conflicts, & depression among other presenting concerns. I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma. I have also worked extensively with the military and veteran populations.

I will individualize our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.. I work from an existential and cognitive behavioral lens (which we can talk about more). I can provide a safe space for you to discuss whatever difficulties you might be facing in a non-judgmental space. I believe that you have the answers you need within yourself, I just help you find them (that's how talk therapy usually works). I believe in your autonomy to decide if this is the best working relationship and ask that you provide me feedback if any changes need to be made.

I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of New Orleans and am in the process of completing my dissertation (focused on eating disorders) to receive my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the same institution.
