If you are ready to take that step toward change I am here to support you and I look forward to working together! ​I am Elda-Rosa Coulthrust, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC); Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), Clinical Consultant in the state of North Carolina. I have also been recognized as Professional Coach in the areas of Performance, Development and Executive/Leadership nationally.

I find that utilizing an eclectic approach to coaching and therapy is beneficial, drawing from the approaches of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strength-based and solution-focused therapy modalities. I provide individual therapy, life coaching and workshops focusing in areas related to self-esteem, depression, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, boundary setting and relational dynamics.

Through the therapeutic process, I aim to join with clients and empower them to identify and clarify personal goals while reframing self-defeating beliefs. My intention is to empower clients with the tools for making positive, lasting changes.
