I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) that has 10 years of experience. Every day I am astonished by the strength and resilience of those I work with. My main goals are to create a safe and comfortable space for you to express your thoughts and emotions, teach skills, and help you reach YOUR goals. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. I've also worked in close connection with the LGBTQ+ and HIV+ communities. I am here to provide support and listen!

My counseling style focuses on creating strong rapport. I strive to create a caring and open space. I combine DBT and Solution Focused paradigms to create awareness and practice effective skills. I like to know people leave my office with something applicable immediately. I also am trained in EMDR for those who have specific trauma based goals. I focus on creating an approach that meets your unique needs.

For most, it is difficult to reach out for help. I hope to lessen this anxiety and help you feel empowered and hopeful!
