Hello!! My name is Elana, and your path toward healing can begin today by reaching out for a consultation. It is my pleasure to work with my clients in a collaborative effort to achieve their goals. Together, we work in sessions to resolve presented issues, develop regulatory skills, practice, and identify real solutions to manage mental health. I utilize a person-centered and eclectic approach to truly customize an effective experience. I bring to the table a fresh perspective, unbiased assistance, and over 10 years of direct clinical practice. Throughout my professional career, I have worked as a therapist for youth ages 6-18 and mental health professionals in high-performance settings.
