I am a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I've been helping people like you for over 25 years. I respect my clients and know they are seeing me because they have hit a roadblock. Others have described me as warm, competent, compassionate, and professional. I constantly take courses to stay current in my field. I find it a privilege to be allowed into your life and explore with you what your best hopes are, what's working, and to discern how to navigate relationships. I also have a light sense of humor which can put you at ease when discussing difficult issues. I've worked with individuals, couples, children, and families and would be honored by your consideration of me as your therapist.

I have a general practice which means I have worked alongside people with various challenges. I do not believe in having one session more than you need, but as many as you find helpful. Most of my clients have come because friends or relatives have referred them to me after being pleased themselves with the results of our visits.
