I am am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Family & Marriage Therapist licensed in Louisiana with 17 years of professional work experience to include counseling clients who have experienced physical and emotional abuse/trauma, parenting problems, ADHD, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger management.

My therapy style is warm and interactive which includes providing a safe and open space to talk candidly and freely that will help clients grow and evolve. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and empathy. My approach style consists of cognitive behavior therapy, client-centered therapy, and rational-emotive therapy, and solution- focused therapy. Treatment plans are tailored to meet your unique and specific needs
