About

I am a marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of experience. I have worked in youth and family agencies, multiple therapist groups as well as in private practice.
My areas of expertise include individual clients, marriage and communication issues, family problems, domestic abuse, anxiety and depression, grief and end of life issues. I have worked with children and teens as well as older adults.
I have done therapy groups for children and adults which included divorce and separation issues as well as ADHD.
My goal is to create a safe space where a client can feel comfortable exploring their issues and problems in a respectful and caring setting.
The modalities I employ include client centered therapy, cognitive therapy , behavior therapy, solution focused therapy and emotional focused therapy.
