I’ve had clients age 2-87! I’m passionate how physical and mental health intertwine. I nourish my body with plants and move daily! I’ve found joy as a boxing instructor and runner. I expose myself to cultures through travel. I studied abroad in Ecuador and participated in service trips to El Salvador, Mississippi, New Orleans, and the Appalachian region. I live a spiritual life with the belief that we and all “things” are connected by a shared energy of love.
