I believe in understanding the root of our feelings, the decisions we make and the transformations that can follow. I graduated with my MSW from Rutgers in 2007 and have 12 years of experience in therapy with adults and case management with multi-generations of families. I obtained my LCSW in 2016, and realized that CBT and Solution Focused Therapy resonated with me and has been the cornerstone of my approach and continued education. I've attended CBT for Depression and Suicide at the Beck Institute and am continually garnering new ways to provide support to people seeking help through life's challenges.
