I am licensed professional counselor in Virginia with 48 years of professional work experience. I have helped clients with depression and anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma and abuse, as well as with motivation, self-esteem, and toxic shame issues. I will provide an honest, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach.
