About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience providing individual therapy to a wide range of people. Issues that I have treated include Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, grief, trauma, and Adjustment Disorders. I have counseled clients with relationship and career challenges. I like to bring the values of respect, empathy, understanding, and compassion to therapy. The Golden Rule serves as a good, daily guideline for me in treating other people as I would like to be treated, and individual therapy is something that I love to do. The service ethic that I have is one of my motivations for helping clients in the mental health field. It serves as one of the reasons I became a Therapist.
