Hi, my name is Edmond Otis, and I'm a licensed therapist with 27 years of professional experience. I focus on helping clients who are experiencing a wide range of challenges and issues including; stress and anxiety, relationship problems, motivation, self-esteem, lack of confidence, career difficulties, along with other related issues. I maintain a small, but consistent, practice as I additionally speak, and consult on the dynamics of stress, resilience, performance, communication, conflict resolution, team-building, family, relationships, goal acquisition, and improving critical outcomes. I've developed and taught courses at the university and graduate level in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Sport Psychology, Social Psychology, and Health Psychology.
