Hey there, as a clinical therapist my main focus is to meet clients exactly where there are. I love my work and being able to help clients gain insight and awareness regarding whatever issues they are facing. Individual psychotherapy (talk therapy) is a powerful tool for self-discovery, growth, and healing. It takes a great deal of courage to open up and explore the depths of our inner selves, but the rewards can be profound.
