I am a therapist trained in mental health and substance abuse counseling. I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health and a certification in Substance Abuse. I completed doctoral courses in family counseling and ethics. My approach in treatment depends on your needs as I believe a therapeutic trust is built on a collaboration to find what methods help what problems best. I do research on all of the issues I am presented with and try to help each person form a language about their struggles and experiences. Through this communication we often find the solutions that we are looking for. Sometimes we all need a neutral third party to help us find our voice again. I work with young children, adolescents, adults, couples, families. My experiences over the last 20 years helped build variety into my practice.
