I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you! I am licensed in Michigan with approximately 10 years of professional work experience. I am a Detroit native currently residing in the mid Michigan area. I have worked with diverse population of individuals that entails, but is not limited to, adults with trauma and abuse history, teens with with high anxiety and poor socialization skills, to couples looking to rekindle the love, communication and excitement they once had in the beginning! I have a great deal of experience in working with individuals between the ages of 20 & 40 with depression, anxiety, stress reduction, self esteem building and crisis resolution.

Every therapist or clinician has their own way that they approach therapy. For instance, I like to approach my clients in a calm, relaxed manner. Sessions tend to seem like brief conversations where interventions will to used to encourage positive, healthy ways of thinking and coping. As your therapist, think of me as your support that is here to help you maximize your potential in order to get the most fulfillment out of life!
