My name is Ebony Kozelsky and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, from the Governors State University in 2017. I've worked with individuals with a range of concerns including trauma, mild depression, anxiety, stress, family issues and more. My therapeutic approach combines client-centered approach, trauma-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, as well as solution-focused therapy techniques.

I want to provide a safe space for you to share your experiences without judgment. Together, we can develop a plan to help you grow into who you desire to be. Our experiences are what helps us define our uniqueness and build strength to overcome future challenges. You are welcome to message me anytime through Find A Therapist. The frequency with which you can have access to a counselor to work through day-to-day emotions and problem solving is extremely beneficial for most and a nice change from traditional outpatient counseling. I usually check messages twice each day, seven days per week. I offer messaging, live chat, phone sessions and occasional video sessions. Please note that what you see in my calendar may not reflect my only availability, so you always want to check that out with me through chat first.
