About
Hi there, I'm Eboni! Welcome! My name is Eboni Williams and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) working with clients throughout California via telehealth. I help people adjust to challenging life transitions, improve communication in their personal relationships, and regain a sense of balance. Utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Strength-Based, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapies, I help my clients make progress in the areas most important to them. Because each client is unique, I take great care in getting to know them and the styles they feel most comfortable with. I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing a change in their lives, whether it's a woman adjusting to motherhood, midlife, or being newly single; a couple going through a rough patch in their relationship; or a young adult trying to juggle their personal life with a career and navigating new responsibilities. Many times, these issues can show up as Adjustment Disorders, Depression, or Anxiety. My therapeutic approach is practical, down to Earth, and non-judgmental. I take pride in being described as calm and easy to talk to. My empathy doesn’t just come from textbooks but from real-life experience. It is important to me that my clients feel they can speak freely and honestly in our sessions, and know that I will be there to support them every step of the way. I have personally witnessed how untreated mental health issues can affect an individual and those close to them, and it’s one of the main reasons I believe I was called to this work.
