About

I am Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California with over 4 years of experience working. I earned an M.A. in Psychology from Phillips Graduate University where I studied to become a Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist. I enjoy utilizing a combination of humanistic and narrative theories, combined with CBT interventions to implement coping strategies. I believe my clients ultimately know what is best for their life and as their therapist I strive to create a non-judgmental, warm and safe environment for them to explore their concerns. I believe our perspectives can be greatly shaped by the stories we tell ourselves and enjoy assisting my clients in altering negative beliefs into more positive thoughts and behaviors, shifting them into realities that better suit their needs.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, career/ life challenges, family issues and grief . I also helped many people who have experienced PTSD or emotional abuse. Reaching out for support takes courage but is the most important step toward lasting change.
