Dylan Nieves Palma, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, NCC is an independently licensed mental health therapist in Maryland, Washington DC, and Florida. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and then completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Dylan has extensive experience in a variety of settings, including community mental health, group homes, hospitals, group practices, and private practice. Dylan uses an eclectic approach to therapy and integrates techniques from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Person Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.
