I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Rutgers University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. With over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, I have developed skills suited for working with clients of all backgrounds, but specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic mental disorders. My clinical approach is individual to each client, utilizing a range of evidence based modalities. I have had extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also have experience in behavior modification, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy.
