About

I am not in-network with any insurances and I do not accept Medicaid. Who I Work With: You are more analytical in your thinking patterns, and you tend to be highly logical, intelligent, and high-achieving. However, you have difficulty getting in touch with your emotional side, and that is causing you problems in relationships and perhaps even in your career growth. You may be experiencing anxiety (social or generalized), depression, or grief, and you’re not sure how to break free of these negative thinking patterns. These obstacles are separating you from living your most meaningful life. You want move past your anxious or depressed thoughts and feelings, or your intense grief, and break free of patterns that have become an impediment to your happiness. How Therapy With Me Can Help You: I can support you in bolstering your existing strengths to create practical solutions to implement in your day-to-day life so that you can connect with others in a meaningful way and live a more balanced life. Therapy can also help you to learn emotional intelligence skills to progress in your career while finding your unique purpose. If you are having trouble escaping from your anxious thinking, I will work with you to change your cognitive thought patterns through exploring different perspectives on your situation. If your issue is more related to depression, or the intense and uncomfortable emotions that comes from a significant loss in your life, together we will explore these feelings in a comfortable yet productive space. My fees range from $150-$180 per clinical hour, with $180 for the initial intake and $150 for ongoing sessions. I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies which means that I can provide you documentation to submit to your insurance company for partial to full reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan.
