I am a licensed professional counselor (LPCC-S), based in Ohio with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, bipolar disorder, depression & crisis and emergency situations.

My therapy style is warm and engaging, and I believe in treating all with respect, directness, and compassion. My approach is eclectic, and draws from then tenants and strengths of such styles as CBT, Humanistic, and Reality therapy.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
